Leadership TeamBen Rabin is the Chairman and Co-founder of Pharmarama International Limited and its U.S. affiliate, Pharmarama. He has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 40 years as a Pharmacist in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. He has overseen Pharmarama International’s growth over the past decade and its expansion into the U.S. market. Mr. Rabin trained and qualified as a Pharmacist in South Africa. Rosemary Bensley serves as Managing Director of Pharmarama in the UK and President of Pharmarama in the U.S. Rosemary focuses on leadership, strategy, motivation of staff and overall management of the business. Prior to joining Pharmarama, she was Managing Director of Hydrotec (UK) Limited, a water treatment services company, focusing on business development and organizational restructuring. Ms. Bensley also held management positions at Haslers Chartered Accountants, Harris Adacom Group, and Hogan Systems (UK) Ltd. She is an alumnus of the General Management Development Programme at Sundridge Park, Kent. Angus G. Cameron is a Director and Senior Vice President of Pharmarama, the U.S. affiliate of Pharmarama International Ltd. He also serves as Head of Business Development at Pharmarama International Limited, where his focus is on growth strategies for the firm. He has been a featured speaker at industry conferences worldwide. Prior to his tenure at Pharmarama and Pharmarama International he was Senior Partner of Aeomica Ltd, a life sciences business consultancy which he co founded in 2002. Prior to Aeomica, he served as Senior Vice President (Europe) of Intergen Company, a New York based high-tech producer of pharmaceutical and academic research components. Mr. Cameron also held senior management positions at Healthcare Technologies Ltd, Celltech Limited and Becton Dickinson Immunodiagnostics. He was a former Board member of the U.K. BioIndustry Association. Adele Davis is Head of Clinical Trial Supplies. Since joining Pharmarama in 2008, Adele has been responsible for managing the operations of the company's growing Clinical Trial Procurement Teams. She previously worked for over 5 years helping another company to develop their Clinical Trial Division; and is a member of the Institute of Clinical Research. Prior to that, she worked in the health and education sectors in project and account management and marketing. She advocates building strong relationships with customers and suppliers alike. Pharmarama's customers are, in the main, global pharmaceutical companies who expect the level of service, attention to detail and professionalism they enjoy from within their organisations; her task is to ensure this is delivered to them. |
